Venue Hire

Now that the Queen's Park Pavilion development is completed, we are now pleased to be able to hire this facility out to suit your needs.

The Pavilion

Queen's Park pavilion is the perfect place to cater for any kind of function. Whether you are hosting a corporate lunch, requiring a venue for a wedding or your next Christmas function we have excellent facilities to suit all your needs and requirements.

 

 

Indoor Centre

The indoor centre is available to hire for individual use or for club and school training sessions.  Individuals can hire keys for the facility over terms up to 6 months or for one off sessions.  Other sporting groups are welcome to use the facility.

The indoor centre is also available for children or work parties.  For the kids, games of quick cricket can be set up and the area is also big enough to house a bouncy castle.  If you are wanting to have a team building session with work, what better ways than entering in a game of indoor cricket.

Function Room Hire
$450.00 (half day)
$650.00 (full day)

This includes us of kitchen (cooking facilities, upright fridge, cutlery and crockery) tables and chairs however any additional tables/chairs required will be a hirers expense.

Kitchen Only Hire
$60.00 (half day)
$90.00 (full day)

This includes use of cooking facilities, upright fridge, cutlery and crockery.  Kitchen to be left in a clean and tidy state by hirers.

Scorers Area and Attached Office
$40.00 (half day)
$65.00 (full day)

Commercial Cleaning Fee (if applicable)
$250.00

Projector and Screen
$60.00 per booking

Bond
$400.00 per booking

Previous day set-up
$200.00 per booking

all charges are inclusive of GST
half day hire = 5 hours or less
full day hire = in excess of 5 hours

The Southland Cricket Association currently does not hold a liquor license for premises at Queens Park.  All provisions for the sale and/or consumption of liquor and conditions under the Sale of Liquor Act 1989 and any amendments remain the sole responsibility of hirers.

All facilities must have prior booking through Southland Cricket Office
All payments to be made in advance unless by arrangement with SCA staff
Keys signed out and returned to Southland Cricket office next working day (unless prior arrangements made)
Any replacement keys (lost as opposed to dysfunctional) incur a $20 replacement fee
All prices GST inclusive
