ILT Ascot Park Hotel Invercargill Triathlon and Duathlon

Entry Fees
$25 Triathlon, $45 2 person team, $65 3 person team
$20 Duathlon, $40 2 person team

Entry includes a light lunch for each competitor at the Ascot Park Hotel at the conclusion of the event, and the chance to win some great spot prizes.

A $5 discount is given to Southland Triathlon & Multisport Club members.

Extra meal tickets $10 each.

Note: A $10 late fee for entries applies from 9am on Friday 20th April 

Refund Policy:
A $5 admin fee will be retained for any cancellations before 9am on Friday 20th April 2012.  No refunds will be given for any cancellations after 9am on Friday 20th April.

If the event is cancelled due to extreme weather or any other factors outside the event organisers control, no refund will be given.

Course Description
Triathlon - Long Course
Leg 1: 500m Swim - 5 laps around pool
Leg 2: 25km Bike - Tweed St, Rockdale Rd, Tisbury, Waimatua, Kennington, Main Rd, Ascot Park
Leg 3: 5km Run, Jog or Walk - 5km circuit at Ascot Park

Triathlon - Short Course
Leg 1: 300m Swim - 3 laps around pool
Leg 2: 15km Bike - Tweed St, Oteramika Rd, Kennington, Main Rd, Ascot Park
Leg 3: 3km Run, Jog or Walk - 3km circuit at Ascot Park

Duathlon
Leg 1: 2km Run, Jog or Walk - Tweed St, Lindasfarne St, Otepuni Walkway, Splash Palace
Leg 2: 15km Bike - Tweed St, Oteramika Rd, Kennington, Main Rd, Ascot Park
Leg 3: 3km Run, Jog or Walk - 3km circuit at Ascot Park
